Audi vehicles outfitted with the available Bang & Olufsen® 3D Advanced Sound System greet our drivers with two unique acoustic lenses that emerge from the dashboard. These specially designed tweeters drive sound from below to reflect mid and high-frequency sounds off of the lens 180 degrees around the cabin. It’s just one unique way that we’re engineering our naturalistic vision for sound.

With up to 23 speakers throughout the cabin, including high up in the A-pillars and even in the vehicle headliner, the available Bang & Olufsen 3D Advanced Sound System creates a naturalistic listening environment that does more than faithfully recreate your daily soundtrack. It makes you feel like you’re in the concert hall. Or in the engineer’s booth of the recording studio.

They even use intelligent dummies outfitted with sensitive binaural microphones to help replicate and study different listening conditions to help ensure clarity of sound whether you’re on the highway or a busy street.
