What to do in case of a collision:

  • Stop in a safe, well-lit area
  • Notify local police and ask for an ambulance (if necessary)
  • Have your driver's license, registration, and insurance information ready when police arrive
  • Write down names and phone numbers of all vehicle occupants, any witnesses, and, if possible, information on any injured parties
